I achieve this mission by coordinating with mortgage providers who offer down payment assistance as well as have loan programs for those with less than ideal credit. I also unite with loan providers who are able to utilize section 8 voucher subsidy payments toward household income eligibility, meaning an individual currently renting with a section 8 voucher could possibly buy a home with their voucher. The home loan eligibility process can be intimidating and lengthy, but I work with prospective homeowners hands on to complete the home loan process together from start to finish. I work with prospective buyers every step of the way to ensure transactions progress smoothly, guidance is provided throughout and support is given continuously to minimize stress from initial consultation to closing day! I also work with property owners who need assistance leasing available apartments and managing the operations of their property. I have worked as a property manager for an apartment community for over six years and possess a wealth of knowledge on the marketing, applicant screening and leasing process.
